- Project To Improve Treatment of Neurovascular Pathologies in Sub-Saharan Africa: Congo Phase at the Department of Neurosurgery of the University of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) – This project aims to improve the care of patients with vascular neurosurgical pathologies in Democratic Republic of Congo. Collaborators are in Congo and Germany.
- Neuromonitoring in Sub-Saharan Africa – This project aims to improve the oncologic and functional outcomes of patients with neurosurgical (mainly neurooncological) pathologies by using neuromonitoring. Collaborators are in Tanzania and Germany.
- Vascular Neurosurgical Partnership Between General Hospital of Yaoundé, Cameroon 🇨🇲 and University Hospital of Düsseldorf, Germany 🇩🇪 – This is a call for sponsorship for a project to improve the care of patients with vascular neurosurgery in Sub-Saharan Africa: a pilot application for Cameroon.
- Postponed due to COVID-19 in 2020: We are collaborating with the Global Health Catalyst (GHC) summit, a premier event dedicating to eliminating global health disparities. - Stroke Awareness – We have launched a Stroke Awareness Campaign to increase stroke prevention and show support for those affected by stroke.
- Radiotherapy Health Access Initiative – The aim of this program is to help the population of people living in resource-limited regions to have access to state-of-the-art radiotherapy treatment.
